(filters, etc.)
- Acquire from digitizing device
- Open existing file
Manipulate
the image
- Clean up a scan
- Adjust brightness/contrast (photos)
- Adjust levels and gamma (photos)
- Perform color correction (photos)
- Add backgrounds, text, enhancements (filters, etc.)
- Resize the image
- Perform sharpening
